VINYASA 2H CLASS | Live & Online
Join us in this 2-hour morning dynamic practice to honour vinyasa yoga. This is a simplified version of the ashtanga sequence introduced by Krishnamacharya to BKS Iyengar & Pattabhi Jois in their youth. You can access to the file & download here: https://bit.ly/vinyasa-sequence
Class will be demonstrated and guided by the teacher. Will be using very little or no elements, only when needed for special situations & in the practice of inversions (Sirsasana could be also done with ropes or Fit Up / Sarvangasana with blankets or chair) This is a very complete sequence that includes all families of postures: sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends & inversions. The whole body will feel invigorated and challenged after this beautiful sequence of practice.
Class will be guided in english & held virtually through the platform Zoom.
Requirements: minimum 1 year of yoga practice. To be acquainted with the sequence which you can download on the following link: https://bit.ly/vinyasa-sequence. You can print it & practice at home.
